About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly software products. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify issues early and support smooth product releases. If you enjoy finding defects, improving processes, and ensuring product quality — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Plan & Execute Testing
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Manage Defects & Quality
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools
- Ensure quality standards and best testing practices are followed
- Provide clear test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders
Support Releases & UAT
- Support UAT and validate fixes before production releases
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release discussions
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst / Software Tester
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and defect reports
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
- Understanding of API testing (Postman, Swagger)
- Exposure to performance or security testing
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
