About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base and support business growth. Your primary focus will be to act as a liaison between the company and clients, generate potential leads, and provide information regarding our SaaS and software development services. You’ll work closely with management to support business goals and source new potential clients. If you enjoy research, outreach, and building strong client relationships — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Create High-Quality Leads

  • Research target markets, industries, and companies to identify potential clients
  • Build focused prospect lists aligned with business goals

Drive Lead Generation

  • Execute email and LinkedIn outreach to promote software development services
  • Engage and nurture relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Manage consistent follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel

Understand Market & Solutions

  • Develop strong knowledge of software development services, SaaS, and digital products
  • Stay current with industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions

Track, Optimize & Collaborate

  • Manage and update lead data using CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo)
  • Work closely with management to align lead generation efforts with business objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in IT services or technology sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of the technology landscape and market opportunities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to exceed goals
