About the Role

We’re looking for a smart and motivated Java Developer (Fresher) to join our engineering team and contribute to building reliable, high-performance applications. In this role, you’ll work with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and React, collaborate with experienced developers, and turn designs into functional code. What You’ll Do

Build & Maintain Applications

• Work on Java, Spring, and Hibernate with React as the frontend technology
•  Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
•  Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Work with RESTful APIs for backend services

Improve Code Quality

• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Maintain clean code, structure, and documentation
• Support testing and debugging to ensure application stability

Learn, Adapt, Improve

• Continuously learn new technologies and development practices
•  Follow coding standards and best practices
• Work using version control systems, preferably Git

Work Closely With the Team

• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and product teams
•  Participate in code reviews and technical discussion

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
• Strong fundamentals in Java and object-oriented programming
• Basic understanding of Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and frontend concepts (React preferred)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated learner with a growth mindset
