About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to analyze requirements, improve processes, and deliver value-driven IT solutions. What You’ll Do
Gather & Define Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Conduct requirement reviews, gap analysis, and impact analysis
Support Delivery & Implementation
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Support UAT and coordinate feedback with development teams
Create Process Documentation
- Prepare process flows, wireframes, and data flow diagrams when required
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or software development environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or similar
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Basic understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, and databases
Good to Have
- Experience working with clients or external stakeholders
- Exposure to domains like SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or basic data analysis tools
