About the Role
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager / Lead – Global Outbound Sales to own end-to-end outbound sales and revenue generation for Drabito’s software development and IT services across North America, UK/Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
This is a leadership role with full ownership of global outbound strategy, pipeline building, deal closures, and long-term client growth. You’ll convert cold prospects into qualified meetings and revenue-generating clients while shaping Drabito’s international sales engine.

What You’ll Do
Own End-to-End Sales & Revenue
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: outbound prospecting → qualification → discovery → meetings → proposals → negotiation → closure → account management
- Drive new business revenue for custom software development and IT services
- Build and manage a strong global sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
Lead Regional Outbound Strategy
- Execute region-specific outbound strategies across North America (USA), UK & Europe, APAC, and the Middle East
- Adapt sales approaches based on regional buying behavior and cultural nuances
Identify and target high-potential accounts and industries within each geography
Lead Generation & Outbound Channels
- Identify and engage founders, CXOs, VPs, and key decision-makers
- Execute outbound through LinkedIn (organic + Sales Navigator), cold email
- campaigns, CRM tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and cold calling where applicable
- Drive B2B outbound sales for custom software development services
Software Services Consulting & Solutioning
- Develop strong understanding of custom software development, web and mobile applications, cloud integrations, APIs, and product engineering
- Translate client business challenges into tailored technical solutions
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to scope requirements and prepare proposals
Track Performance & Optimize Growth
- Track outbound and sales KPIs including prospecting volume, regional response rates, lead-to-meeting conversion, and revenue conversion
- Maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and pipeline visibility
Messaging, Compliance & Global Execution
- Customize outbound messaging by region (USA vs UK/EU vs APAC)
- Ensure GDPR compliance and regional outreach regulations
- Manage global time zones, follow-ups, and outreach cadences to maximize engagement
Client Engagement & Long-Term Growth
- Lead discovery calls and sales meetings with international clients
- Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Support smooth handover to delivery teams post-closure
- Drive repeat business, upselling, and long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B software development / IT services sales
- Proven expertise in outbound sales and global market penetration
- Hands-on experience selling custom software development services
- Strong exposure to USA, Europe, APAC, and Middle East markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CRM and outbound automation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning revenue outcomes
